The Construction Manager III/Senior leads teams and collaborates with construction management and inspection teams. Expertise drives planning, coordination, and execution of natural gas pipeline projects with safety as the highest priority.

Account for front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis, and contract management daily. Provide input on QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost and schedule management, and liaison activities with business partners. Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims routinely.

Offer onsite leadership to the inspection team while performing audits of inspection processes and documentation. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues and claims. Develop and run construction progress reporting, leading closeout activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED; minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience with five (5) years on large projects (greater $50M) and CCM (CMAA) Certification
  • Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, including knowledge of pipeline systems and related infrastructure
  • Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
  • Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
  • Travel more than 50%

Responsibilities
