We operate on four continents, completing millions of deliveries. As Regional Construction Manager, own all aspects of project construction for ground infrastructure.

Drive the process from contractor evaluation, contracting, bid evaluation, and design review with engineering teams to full site construction management and project completion oversight. Manage external vendors, lead negotiations, and ensure timelines align with strategic goals while meeting schedule and cost targets.

Collaborate with Deployment and Construction, Real Estate, Government Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to build stakeholder relationships and secure approvals. Partner with Service Operations, Superintendents, Community Engagement, and Legal for local partnerships and fast-track processes.

Requirements

Experience managing construction projects and site infrastructure installations
Proven track record with construction contractors and real estate development
Ability to evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors
Familiarity with design review processes in collaboration with engineering
Skill in overseeing construction from start to completion
Knowledge of ensuring schedule adherence and cost control
Experience building stakeholder relationships and securing regulatory approvals
Background in infrastructure projects for logistics or tech operations
