In this role, drive new business development, develop client relationships, and produce accurate estimates while managing projects from initial engagement through handoff to operations. Conduct site visits to assess needs and develop detailed scopes of work and site maps. Blend sales, estimating, and project coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.
Lead client communications, meetings, and pre-construction planning while collaborating with operations, scheduling, and accounting teams. Work in both office and field environments, including active construction job sites. Deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Requirements
- AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management
- Previous construction-related experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable delivering presentations to clients and groups
- Strong customer service mindset with accountability and deadline focus
Responsibilities
