Develop commercial skills with some supervision and training while taking comprehensive notes for independent learning and project recording. Undertake a professional qualification in the construction industry. Work proactively, reliably, and flexibly, with confidence to operate independently or collaborate in a team.

Requirements

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work on a secondment role in a client’s office or site premises
  • A Qualification in a relevant subject, Level 3 or above, to be eligible for Degree Apprenticeship
  • Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
  • Confidence to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Interest in Quantity Surveying

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial skills with some supervision and training
  • Take comprehensive notes to support independent learning and for project recording
  • Undertake a professional qualification in the construction industry
  • Assist in commercial management of monitoring and surveying projects
  • Support cost tracking and reporting for infrastructure and construction works
  • Contribute to quantity measurements for land and utility surveying
  • Collaborate on geotechnical and structural monitoring cost assessments
