Serve as onsite project management lead for greater NY based jobs, involving 40-50% out-of-office time in market. Complete daily progress reports with crew attendance, photos, and completion metrics. Conduct site visits and travel out of market 15-20% as needed during busy periods.

Accompany clients, building departments, and fire marshals on walkthroughs to confirm installations meet code and client desires, securing sign-offs. Oversee project prep in Hauppauge warehouse, including tools, hardware, and materials. Ensure crews attend safety orientations and adhere to regulations with proper PPE.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience related to scheduling, written and verbal communication, general construction practices
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Willing to travel locally 40-50% and out of market 15-20%
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE requirements
  • Experience with project cost estimates and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with bills of lading (BOLs) for materials
  • Understanding of construction methods for temporary structures and scaffolding

Responsibilities
