Wash Plant Operator

RROX Aggregates Ltd., a locally owned Park Paving Ltd. affiliate, produces high-quality aggregates from north-central Alberta reserves, transported via rail to the Edmonton market. We seek Wash Plant Operators with strong familiarity in crushers, wash plants, screeners, conveyors, loaders, and heavy equipment. These are seasonal positions.

Primary duties include maintenance of operated equipment and controlling conveyors, panel boards, pumps, gauges, dials for maximum efficiency and material consistency. Maintain a clean and efficient washing operation and work environment. Roles demand physical effort in high-pressure production.

Work independently while coordinating with operators and crews on diverse tasks. Foster positive work culture, set clear safety and production expectations, and communicate well with co-workers. Handle adverse weather, overtime, out-of-town work, and weekends throughout the season.

Successful candidates hold valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass medical/fitness exam. Thrive in safety-minded, accountable environment with supervisors and team. Contribute to high productivity and respectful workplace.
