Independently steer construction, modernization, and maintenance measures with a focus on vacant apartment sanierungen. Coordinate external partners like construction firms, architects, and specialist planners while managing internal processes. Ensure costs, deadlines, quality, construction supervision, and acceptance of handworker services.

Assume the building owner function and implement Friendly Home Standards. Provide technical advice to Asset Management and contribute to budget planning and process optimization. Support insurance cases to enhance tenant living environments and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Initial relevant professional experience in apartment renovations
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form; English advantageous
  • Completed training as building technician or master/journeyman in a finishing trade
  • Experience in technical property management, housing management, or facility management advantageous
  • Familiarity with construction contracts under BGB and VOB

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage construction, modernization, and maintenance measures with focus on vacant apartment renovations
  • Coordinate external partners like construction firms, architects, and specialist planners as well as internal processes
  • Ensure costs, deadlines, and quality; conduct construction supervision and acceptance of handworker services
  • Prepare and manage construction and planning contracts according to BGB and VOB using existing templates
  • Assume building owner function and implement Friendly Home Standards
  • Provide technical advice to Asset Management
  • Contribute to budget planning and internal process optimization with Asset Management
  • Support and accompany insurance cases
