We seek a Project Lead with strong construction surveying background, passionate about client service, team leadership, and problem solving.
This remote role allows work from home, supported by CORE’s virtual systems and collaborative digital environment. Daily tasks include drafting as-built and redline plans, performing calculations for piles and foundations, and designing quantities using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will produce professional deliverables while liaising with clients and field crews.
Collaborate with field crews and project leads to understand scope and deliver efficiently. Perform quality control on field data, computations, and drawings, interpreting engineering IFC drawings. Maintain understanding of land survey principles and Western Canadian land tenure system, operating independently in remote setup.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in construction and engineering surveys
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and field-to-finish workflows
- Experience across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure construction
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Exceptional communication and client-relation skills
- Creative and solutions-focused mindset with ability to think beyond standard approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Draft as-built and redline plans for construction surveys (piles, topographic surveys, material cut/fill, pipelines)
- Perform calculations for piles, anchor bolts, and foundations
- Design and calculate quantities using AutoCAD Civil 3D with multi-layered surfaces
- Produce clean, professional deliverables that meet client and industry standards
- Collaborate with field crews and project leads to understand project scope and deliver results efficiently
- Liaise directly with clients, offering technical solutions and outstanding customer service
- Perform quality control on field data, computations, and drawings
- Interpret and apply engineering and construction IFC drawings
