As Project Manager Construction & Engineering in full-time at Elmshorn, lead construction, new-build, and renovation projects from approvals to contractor oversight. Plan technical rollouts for product groups and handle tenders plus framework agreements. Execute and document recurring technical programs.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners while monitoring target achievement. Serve as the central contact for technical product groups inside the company. Bring analytical thinking, strong communication, and structured planning to the role.

Requirements
- Technical training or university degree (e.g., engineering) or comparable qualification
- Experience in program, project, or construction management of endeavors with volume from 1 million Euros
- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as structured working method
- High communication skills and confident appearance
- Organizational and planning ability
- Class B driver's license
- Experience with approval authorities
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB
Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and control construction, new-build, and renovation projects including approval procedures, tenders, awards, and performance verification of external trades
- Plan and implement technical rollouts of various product groups
- Organize, prepare, and technically elaborate tenders as well as support creation and conclusion of framework agreements
- Plan, conduct, and document recurring technical programs
- Build and maintain business relationships to external contract partners and monitor target achievement
- Act as central point of contact for technical product groups within the company
