Perform maintenance, inspections, and process optimization on geothermal installations, both on-site and remotely. Act as the first point of contact for malfunctions, ensuring quick resolution. Oversee quality of outsourced work while prioritizing safety, innovation, and efficiency.

Work closely with the production manager and execution team to keep installations, buildings, and sites in top condition. Serve as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and contractors. Safety, health, and environment policies are central to daily operations.

Drive improvements in VGM policy and coordinate stakeholder activities on location. Balance technical, administrative, and practical tasks in a dynamic team environment. Pioneer geothermal technology while contributing to broader sustainability goals.

Requirements

HBO work- and thinking level in a technical direction (mechanical engineering, process technology, or electrical engineering); minimum propedeuse achieved
Vapro C (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it
Experience with both process technology and process engineering, valuing balance between administrative and practical tasks
Safety-conscious, solution-oriented, flexible, and team player
Driver's license B

Responsibilities
