Requirements

Relevant tertiary diploma/degree in quantity surveying and building-related field recognized by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers
At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying
Competence in construction cost planning and control
Knowledge of bills of quantities preparation
Familiarity with tender and procurement processes
Understanding of construction contracts and measurement standards
