About this role
To manage and control all commercial, contractual, and cost-related aspects of Waterproofing & Insulation (WI) works. Ensure projects are delivered within budget, in compliance with contract requirements. Focus on timely billing and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for WI works daily. Monitor project costs with effective cost control and forecasting. Track variations, claims, and additional works related to waterproofing systems.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning, and QA/QC teams for seamless operations. Support site teams with measurement clarifications and commercial inputs. Attend project meetings related to commercial and contractual matters.
Prepare interim payment applications and verify subcontractor invoices for accurate billing. Maintain updated cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and records of measurements and variations. Ensure documentation aligns with company procedures and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs and cost estimates for waterproofing and insulation works
- Expertise in monitoring costs, forecasting, variations, and claims in construction projects
- Knowledge of billing processes, interim payment applications, and certifications
- Skills in tender analysis, rate evaluation, and subcontract agreements
- Ability to measure site works per drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating commercial aspects with project and site teams
- Competence in maintaining records of measurements, correspondence, and approvals
