Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor manages all commercial aspects of projects from design through to final account.

Provide commercial and contractual management for projects within Veolia's ECI framework. Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. Conduct value for money exercises and cost analysis.

Monitor project costs, variations, and final accounts while managing subcontractor procurement and payments. Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Review and negotiate contract terms, identify commercial risks, and ensure compliance with framework agreements. Contribute to inclusive culture, look after the environment, and support ecological transformation. Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
